Manage or cancel a subscription
Connect to the internet. In Settings, open Account & subscription, sign in with the purchasing NiyaJar account, and choose Manage subscription. This opens the service where you purchased: Stripe for web purchases, Google Play for Android, or Apple subscriptions for iPhone and iPad. Follow its cancellation steps and check the confirmation and access end date.
Uninstalling does not cancel billing. Stop renewal through your purchasing service or contact support. Account deletion stops web Stripe renewal; cancel Apple or Google subscriptions separately. Stopping renewal normally preserves access until the paid term ends. Immediate termination and refunds follow applicable rights.
Request a refund
Use the Apple or Google refund links for store purchases. For web purchases or statutory remedies, contact support with the purchasing platform and order reference, if available. Web annual subscriptions allow an unused-day prorated refund on immediate termination. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. Never send passwords, recovery keys or full card details.
